Changed your mind? No Problem! You may return any item with the exception of Clearance Items, Sunglasses and Special order Belts within 15 days of receipt. All items must be in "off-the-shelf and in-the-box" condition. Keep the original shipping invoice with your return. All returned items must be in the original protective packaging. Items that have been bent, scratched, or otherwise damaged are no longer in salable condition and cannot be refunded. Returning items to Bright-n-Beautiful is easy! Just follow these instructions: E-mail us telling us: what you are returning, why you are returning it and when you received it. Credits or additional charges may be applied to your credit card as follows: If you are returning your item due to our error and you are requesting an even dollar replacement, no additional charges or credits will be applied to your credit card. We will ship your replacement item(s) at no additional cost to you. • If you are returning your item due to our error and you are not requesting an even dollar replacement, your credit card will be refunded the original purchase price (plus sales tax if applicable) once the return item(s) are received. No restocking fee will apply. If you wish to order an item other than an even dollar replacement, please place your order via the normal order process. • If you are returning your item due to a change of mind or your error and you are requesting an even dollar replacement, additional shipping charges will apply. • If you are returning your item due to a change of mind or your error and you are not requesting an even dollar replacement, your credit card will be refunded the original purchase price (plus sales tax if applicable) less a restocking fee once the return item(s) are received. The restocking fee for items is set at 10% of the order price. • Shipping charges are never refunded
We do not print a retail catalog. We have a catalog we offer to our wholesale customers for $3 each. These catalogs do not have prices listed. Are the Bright-N-Beautiful products "Brighton®" fakes?
No. Brighton Replicas and Brighton Knockoffs are common names to describe the products we sell. However, our shoes, belts, handbags and watches are in no way related to Brighton®. Nothing in our line has the Brighton® name on it and in no way is being represented as a Brighton® product "fake" or otherwise.

How Is My Order Shipped? We ship all orders by U.S. Postal Service or UPS ground, unless the customer ask for different shipping. Orders will typically be processed the first Friday after the order was placed. Shipping time will depend on the method chosen when the order is placed.
